- Visit the Palazzo website.
- Click "Log in" and enter your account information.
- Click "Reset password" on the login popup.
- Enter the email address associated with your account when prompted, then click "Reset password".
Check your email
- You will receive an email from Palazzo to verify your email address. Click "Reset password link".
- If you don't see the email come through within a few minutes, please check your promotions and spam folders.
- Enter your new password, then click "Reset password".
- And that's all there is to it! You can then return to the Palazzo website and sign into your account.
