- Enter your contact information:
- Name: Please provide your full name to help us address you properly.
- Email: Enter a valid email address where we can reach you for follow-up.
- Choose the category that best fits your issue:
- Palazzo Pro for real estate
- Technical support
- Account and payments
- Partnerships
- Product feedback
- Other
Describe your help request
- Subject: Write a brief subject line summarizing your question or request.

Description: Provide a detailed description of the problem you are experiencing or the assistance you need. Include details such as:
- Steps to reproduce the issue
- Any error messages encountered
- Browser and device information (if applicable)
Attach files (optional)
- If you have screenshots, error logs, or other files that can help us better understand your question, please attach them to your support form. Click “Add file” to upload these documents.
Submit the form
- Review all the information you have entered to ensure it is accurate and complete. Click the “Submit” button to send your request to our support team.
What happens next?
- Once you have submitted the support form, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your request.
- A Palazzo team member will review your ticket and respond within 1-2 business hours. During busy periods, it may take a little longer, but our goal is to address all queries as soon as possible.
If you need to provide additional information or have not received a response within the expected time frame, you can reply to the confirmation email and your updates will be added to the existing support ticket.
