Adding your company watermark to your virtual staging designs is a great way to protect your work and brand your images. Follow these simple steps to upload your watermark in Palazzo.

Uploading your watermark

  • To start, log in to your account on Palazzo. You will then be taken to your dashboard.
  • Click on your profile picture in the upper right hand corner of the screen to open the menu.
  • Click "Account Settings" from the drop down.
  • Under Watermark, click "Upload New Watermark".
  • Upload a file that meets the following requirements:
    • File Size: Maximum of 1MB
    • Image Size: Up to 670 x 670 pixels
    • Transparency: Upload PNGs with transparent backgrounds for a clear, non-intrusive logo

  • Make sure to hit "Save Profile" in the upper right-hand corner of the screen or your watermark will not be applied!

Using your watermark

From now on, any designs created using our virtual staging tool will have your watermark automatically applied to the bottom right-hand corner of the image.

Note: At this time, designs created using Vinci cannot have watermarks automatically applied. This feature is on our roadmap, and we hope to release it soon.

Modifying or removing your watermark

You can easily change your watermark at any time by following the process detailed above or remove it by clicking "Reset".

Remember, a well-designed watermark can enhance your brand presence while protecting your virtual staging work. If you encounter any issues during this process, don't hesitate to contact Palazzo's support team for assistance.
